Your Privacy. Our Priority.

We use bank-grade security and NZ-based infrastructure to ensure your tax data stays private, protected, and compliant.

256-Bit Encryption

Your data is scrambled before it ever touches our servers. We use the same 256-bit encryption standards trusted by major NZ banks.

NZ-Based Storage

Fully compliant with the NZ Privacy Act 2020. Your data is stored locally with safeguards that meet Principle 5 requirements.

No Third Part Access

We never sell your data. We translate it for you only. Access is restricted to our core engine to ensure your privacy is never compromised.

Everything you need to know

Is this actually legal?

Yes. The Translator uses current NZ Tax Law and IRD 2026 rulings to generate resolutions. However, it is a tool for translation and documentation, not a replacement for a legal firm.

Absolutely not. We are a private entity. Your data is your property. We only help you prepare the documents you choose to file yourself.

I personally review the logic strings whenever the IRD releases new guidance or new legislation or Orders in Council are passed (e.g., the 2026 39% Trustee rate changes). The “Brain” is always current.

The Translator is designed to help you avoid audits by ensuring your Minute Books and GST summaries are compliant from day one. You’ll have a clear paper trail ready.

Yes. While the AI handles the translation, our monthly subscribers have priority access to help-desk support for app-related questions.

Under Privacy Principle 6 & 7, you can request a full data wipe. We purge your records from our encrypted servers immediately upon request.

We use “Bank-Grade” security protocols:

  • 256-bit Encryption: Your data is “scrambled” both while it’s traveling to us and while it’s sitting in our database.
  • Cloudflare Perimeter Defense: We use Cloudflare (Enterprise-grade) to block malicious attacks and “bots” before they even reach our site.

Two-Factor Authentication (2FA): We enforce strict login protocols to ensure only you can see your tax records.
