Our Refund Policy At TaxNav, we stand behind the logic of our kits. However, because our products are digital downloads and “instant access” strategy tools, we have a strict refund policy:
Change of Mind: We do not offer refunds if you change your mind after purchase or if you no longer require the kit.
Technical Issues: If you experience a technical fault with a kit (e.g., the file won’t open or a calculator has a formula error) that we cannot fix within 48 hours, you are entitled to a full refund under the Consumer Guarantees Act.
Incompatibility: Please ensure you have the required software (e.g., Excel or a PDF reader) before purchasing. We do not offer refunds for software incompatibility.
